A Dog's Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone!

Would somebody please drive to South Carolina and get this ridiculous hat off of me?

I'm humiliated beyond words.

The minute that lady behind the camera stops giving me treats, I'm going to attack this stupid hat and chew off it's pompom.

It's nice and chewy.

What?

Next on the agenda?
I must sniff out all the ornaments and choose which ones to eat first.

And then I'll sniff the present stack for doggie bags.

There must be one for me in here somewhere.

Gotta go! Thanks for the visit, but I've got important work to do.

And it's waiting right here for me on the couch.

Love, Tanner the Slobber Dog

Tanner, thanks for giving us a look into your world. Doggone it, you're cute!

(I'm just sitting here with my husband and my Chihuahua wondering how Tanner has survived some of things he has eaten!)

Angel Kitty and Jazzilla wanted me to say Hi to Tanner for them. Although they don't really know what a dog is, they agree with all the important chores that await them on the couch.

Hey Tanner dude, my buddy! This is Kipper, Susie Q's dog. I feel your pain man. My Mom makes me wear stuff that really bugs me too.
I giess we gotta do it to make the humans happy. They are really odd those humans dude.

I hope you have a great Christmas and get loads of treats and toys and lots of rest. On that note, I think I will go take a nap! See ya later Dude!

Love,
Kipper (and his Mom, Sue)

Tanner is just too cute. He is such a good boy, yes he is... (that is me doing the traditional doggie talk voice).

This time of year the family dog has a terrific life - you get a new outfit, eat fancy treats and get to enjoy those long winter naps. What a life and Tanner looks like he is lovin' the life.
