Hail to the Chefs!

Today's Wonder of the World is my set of kitchen chefs!

I love these guys!
Look at them.
That Salt, he thinks he's big stuff, stepping forward like that.
Wait, I think he's saying something...
That's it! He's saying to stop in on Monday for my Memorial Day post!
Have a happy weekend!
Love, Becky

Salt does look a little bit cocky. Maybe because he flaunts it over the other guys that he is used for both baking and cooking.
Have a nice weekend!

I LOVE your retro toy post and I can't believe I've never heard of Etsy until your recent posts. Gold Mine! Or yet another excuse to lounge around on the internet. However you want to look at it=)

I love your banner.

It seems like I saw similar spice containers in a time long ago...

Salt has every right to be cocky he's big stuff. He's very popular and quite frankly we ALL CRAVE him from time to time. Not to mention we NEED him to live, he has a big job, that salt. That's a cute spice set.

Hey y'all.

Glad you like my spice set boys. I was shopping in a consignment / junk/antique store at the beach in NC and saw them. I passed them by--what do I need an old spice set for? But the minute I left, I started thinking about those rascals. Three days later I was back in SC and couldn't get them out of my mind. I called my mom who was still at the beach and she went back and got them for me.

Now I keep them captive in my kitchen and look at them every day. They make me happy. I guess I'm easily amused.
