Hey, there's Sarah, my college girl, who came home from school for the weekend. And she's standing next to a scarecrow we made for our front porch.
That photo is one of my favorites because she kind of looks like an impish scarecrow herself! Her straw straight hair never stayed in ponytails very long!

Wow shes in college now. Its amazing how those little girls turn out to be real people at the end of all of this. I look at my baby girl and just imagine the future

My son was the Tin Many for Halloween. We totally thought my husband should be the Scarecrow because he really wants a new brain. ;)
ReplyDeleteWow, the South African scarecrows look pretty fancy! We made a scarecrow for our work party to decorate the lunchroom. It was pretty sad looking, but we drew what looked like a Raggedy Ann face on it which helped. Have a great week!

This one you have created is awesome. In our country we call it 'KAAK-TARUA' - figurines to drive away crows from paddy field! Those are made of straws and poorly built.
